We don't sell your personal information to anyone.
3. Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted third-party services to run the site and our enquiry process. They only access the data they need, and they're contractually required to keep it secure.
- HubSpot - our enquiry form submits to HubSpot, where we manage bookings and correspondence. See HubSpot's privacy notice.
- Google (via Google Tag Manager and Google Ads) - used to measure site performance and the effectiveness of any ads we run. See Google's privacy policy.
- Meta (Facebook Pixel) - used to measure the effectiveness of any ads we run on Facebook or Instagram, and to understand which visitors became enquiries. See Meta's privacy policy.
- Netlify - our website hosting provider. See Netlify's privacy notice.
Some of these providers are based overseas, which means your personal information may be transferred to, and stored in, countries outside Australia (most commonly the United States and the European Union). We take reasonable steps to make sure your information is protected in line with this policy and Australian privacy law.
4. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies for two main reasons:
- To make the site work properly and remember basic preferences.
- To measure and improve our marketing - for example, knowing whether someone who clicked an ad later sent us an enquiry.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings if you'd prefer not to be tracked. You can also opt out of personalised advertising directly with the platforms:
- Google: adssettings.google.com
- Meta: facebook.com/settings/ads
- Industry opt-out: youronlinechoices.com.au
Disabling cookies may affect how the site works for you.
5. Your rights
Under Australian privacy law, you have the right to:
- Ask us what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct information that's wrong or out of date
- Ask us to delete information we no longer need (subject to any legal obligations we have to keep it)
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details at the bottom of this page. We'll respond within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days.
6. How long we keep your information
We keep enquiry information for as long as we need it - usually for the life of the relationship, plus a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us, or to meet legal obligations. After that, it's deleted or de-identified.
7. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. No system is perfectly secure, but we use trusted providers and follow standard industry practices.
8. Children
This site isn't directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we'll delete it.
9. Complaints
If you have a concern about how we've handled your personal information, please contact us first and we'll do our best to resolve it. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au or by calling 1300 363 992.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date at the top of the page. If we make significant changes, we'll flag them on the site or notify you by email where appropriate.
